Job Summary:As a Senior Ecommerce Marketing & Sales Manager at Ginsey, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online sales and marketing initiatives, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and maximizing revenue across various ecommerce platforms. Ginsey, renowned for its innovative home goods products, will leverage your expertise to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimize online sales performance, and manage strategic partnerships to fuel the brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & PlanningLead the development of ecommerce capabilities and marketing programs to achieve aggressive sales targets and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop and execute the annual sales strategy for assigned ECOM customers.Build online marketing plan ensuring all reporting is actionable working to ensure that every investment is delivering maximum return against defined objectives.Develop, execute and oversee the execution of all online marketing programs and initiatives in collaboration with marketing and the PM’s to amplify brand voice across channels, drive sales and profits including: Paid search, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting and online analytics.Management of the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce P&L through detailed forecasting, budget development and oversight, revenue generation and marketing activities in conjunction with other internal and external teams.Collaborate on digital marketing and commercial strategies related to seasonality, brand positioning, sales channel enablement and promotional calendar.Manage website initiatives such as user-experience and analytics; product descriptions, photos, cross & up selling, as well as product reviews, to enhance the overall customer experience.Direct & coach cross functional team on all aspects of website merchandising and selling, including site merchandising, promotion planning.Digital product positioning and prioritization by channel; overseeing new product selection, online catalogue changes, product setup, vendor performance.Develop and oversee measurement strategy to track the performance of all online marketing programs; design test strategies and refine creative assets to optimize results across ecommerce channels.Collaborates with the marketing team to optimize the speed and effectiveness of product storytelling in the product enablement process.Lead the ECOM promotional process and partner with the sales team to align with external promotional calendars, events, trends and buyers to maximize sales opportunities.

Ecommerce Sales & Business DevelopmentPrepare sales projections, management reports and budgetsDevelop monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budgets and forecasts for revenue, margin and expenses; recap and analyze business results against the plan to inform future strategies.Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce channel – including Amazon.com. Walmart.com, Retailer.com, etc. to achieve and exceed sales targets.Penetrate new accounts and build strong, lasting customer relationships to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Project ManagementWork with Planning & Sales teams to ensure alignment in assortment planning and markdown strategy, while maintaining a wide breadth of available products.Lead collaboration and review meetings with forecasting and logistics teams to ensure accuracy of forecasts and the achievement of fill rates to required levels.Manage all regular and extraordinary activities supporting the strategic decisions related to ad-hoc and Special Marketing Campaigns.Coordinate and act as a liaison with PD, Merchandising, Digital Marketing and Communications teams, as well as external buyers to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.Integrate with our brand/marketing team to aggregate consumer and retailer insights to develop new insights into shopping behavior and product development

ReportingManagement of the Ecommerce P&L through detailed forecasting, budget development and oversight, revenue generation and marketing activities in conjunction with other internal and external teams.Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual updates; including tracking for assigned Ecommerce sales channels and metrics as well as “Think Big” strategic project updates.Provides accurate and timely information on competitive activity and retail conditions to sales management.Prepare and deliver account presentations utilizing all Sales and Marketing data.
