Job Summary and Responsibilities Circet USA is seeking a dynamic strategic Director of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports business growth. The role requires a seasoned marketing professional with experience in telecommunication or digital infrastructure sectors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned: Develop and implement a marketing strategy working closely with the Vice President, Growth & Customer Delivery and aligned with the Growth & Customer Delivery team's goals, focusing on brand positioning, market expansion, and revenue growth Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Strengthen Circet USA brand presence in the market through targeted campaigns and initiatives Drive lead generation through various efforts including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships. Work closely with the Growth & Customer Delivery Team to ensure high-quality lead conversion Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing and website content Develop a robust content strategy that positions Circet USA as a thought leader in the industry Oversee the creation of content with consistent branding including PowerPoint presentations, case studies, multimedia Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance marketing efforts and expand the company's reach Manage public relations efforts including media relations, press releases Oversee planning and execution of industry events, trade shows. Ensure these events align with marketing objectives and enhance company's visibility Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, related field Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation tactics Experience in the telecommunications or digital infrastructure industry is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data driven decisions Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; five plus years related experience. Relevant echnical experience and understanding is required.
