Position Overview:

Our team is growing! The Chicago Bulls are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative problem solver to fill the position of Partnership Marketing Coordinator. As Coordinator, you will be assisting in the development and improvement of the department's operational systems and processes to support partnership tracking, relationships, and activities. In addition, You will have the opportunity to learn about partnership service, activation and retention, and participate in the planning and execution of partner agreements and events. The ideal candidate is solutions oriented, with an ability to manage competing priorities, and act quickly and proactively on timely requests.Responsibilities:Assist on the activation and execution of multiple corporate partnership accounts with the Partnership Marketing teamSupport game day and concert activities including department ticket distribution, credentials, and parking requestsManage department merchandise and inventory recordsTrack partner touchpoints, marketing activities, and events in CRMOrganize activation photos and data for recaps throughout the seasonInteract with corporate partners and key business stakeholdersSupport Partnerships team on core responsibilities, including activating game day hospitality experiences and assisting with corporate eventsQualifications:Bachelor's degree from accredited university is preferred1-2 years of full-time, relevant work experience is preferredCapability to run multiple project timelines simultaneously and meet deadlinesOutstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organizationConsultative mentality and team-first attitudeA balanced, creative but efficient working styleStrong work ethic with attention to detail, time management, and follow-throughExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-directed, can make progress with limited information or direction, takes initiative to seek support when needed, and can be agile and flexible based on feedbackValid driver's licensePreferred Skills:

Knowledge of CRM system (KORE, KORE Activate, etc.) preferredStrong operational efficiency, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

The Chicago Bulls offer workplace flexibility. Full-time remote work is not an option for this role and interested applicants should be currently located in or prepared to move to the Chicagoland area. This role will require a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
