Marketing & Customer Support Manager Requirements:

5-10+ years of combined experience in marketing and customer support management, with at least 3 years in each disciplineExperience in the manufacturing industry is requiredKnowledge of order entry and fulfillment processes is preferredB2B experience, particularly in dealing with larger companies and direct-to-market strategiesBachelor s degree is requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including formulas)Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor) and CRM systems (Job Dynamics) is a plus, though training will be providedKnowledge of logistics is a big plusEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and structure a new departmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a teamAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, while being an effective communicator across all levels of the organizationWillingness to travel and represent the company at trade showsMarketing & Customer Support Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibilityConduct market analysis and develop actionable insights to drive marketing strategiesOversee the company s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, and assist in launching and maintaining a new websiteAnalyze and report on marketing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvementCollaborate with the marketing associate to ensure consistent branding and messagingOversee and develop the customer support team, ensuring accountability and high standards of serviceEstablish and refine processes for order management, from order entry to fulfillment and customer confirmationProvide guidance and support to customer support specialists, helping them navigate complex customer interactionsImplement systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction and retentionWork closely with the company s leadership to align marketing and customer support strategies with overall business goalsMentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and productive work environmentRegularly travel to industry trade shows (approximately 4 times per year) to represent the company and strengthen customer relationshipsBenefits:
