About Us:
The Entry Level Marketing Assistant at Webcraft Stylers will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, and managing various marketing initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.Create and edit content for social media, email marketing, and the company's website.Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including social media engagement, website traffic, and email open rates.Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for marketing initiatives.Support the organization and execution of company events and promotions.Maintain and update the marketing database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information..Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creativity and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.Benefits
