Marketing Sales Representative - OPC

$14/Hour + Commissions (Average $120,000/year)

Job Summary
The Marketing OPC Representative will work in the Gatlinburg area, speaking to and soliciting the public to attend Vacation Ownership presentations. The OPC will be responsible for pre-qualifying prospective clients to ensure they meet the established guidelines to attend the presentation.
Responsibilities & DutiesDelivers a branded and scripted marketing pitchBooks qualified prospects for a Vacation Ownership presentationMaintains the site minimum standard for production, bounce-back sales, and budgeted volume per monthBooks and sells area activities to customersProvides guests with site and area information upon requestRemains current on all area attractions, events, and dining optionsReports all negative customer experiences to managementResponsible for attending all staff meetings and training, as requested by management.Performs accurate accounting and reporting of all shift(s) details as directed by the manager.Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent.Previous OPC experience is preferred.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and discounts.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent time management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external Customers.Able to use sound judgment; and work independently, with minimal supervision.Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Range:
$120,000 per year
