This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, including creating content calendars, writing engaging copy, designing visual content, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
Requirements
Ideate and create social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Develop social media campaigns and promotions that align with clients' brand objectives and goals.Create various forms of social media contenttext captions, videos, and imagessuitable for platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice.Monitor and assist with analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our clients are using the latest features.Work together with team members to align content with social strategies and maintain brand consistency.Design and create engaging visual content, including graphics, images, and videos.Execute both short and long-format videos, with an emphasis on quality and storytelling.Utilize animation skills to enhance content (a plus, but not required).Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brands remain relevant and engaging.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred plus 1-3 years of experience creating short-form content.Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platformsLinkedin, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe.Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms.Strong writing and communication skills.Creative and able to develop unique social media content ideas.Excellent time management skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
