Sales Account Executive (MDU & SFU Communications)We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Cox Communities. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering communications solutions for multi-dwelling unit (MDU) and single-family unit (SFU) communities. You will negotiate agreements, assess service opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in entire communities!Responsibilities:Negotiate residential service agreementsAssess service opportunities and evaluate value and serviceability in various territoriesIdentify and address the telecommunications and entertainment needs of potential clientsEstablish a presence in the community through participation and leadership of relevant boards, groups, and committeesAnticipate the next needs of MDU residents and provide direction to local & ATL MDU team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldStrong knowledge of CRM and database tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, and SASExcellent interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skillsStrong understanding of business acumen and strategic sales and negotiation
