And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Product Marketing Specialist is a global role that is responsible for the Low-Voltage Motor Control Center portfolios. Key leadership responsibilities to support these portfolios includes: product launches, strategic planning, customer product alignment, pricing, forecasting, business promotion, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management.There will be direct customer interaction to support customer engagements globally. The Product Marketing Specialist will also support Global Product Manager to provide short-term and long-term strategic business direction and how it aligns with Development, Operations and Engineering service partners. You will report to a Business Manager, LVMCC.Your Responsibilities:

Support the LVMCC product portfolio with new product introduction projects, product series maintenance and continuation engineering.Manage portfolio tools and processes such as Jira Align Lean Portfolio Management, JAMA product requirements as well as Product Configuration Tools.Lead the development and maintenance of custom modifications (CMODs)Ownership of business unit customer relationships and assist Rockwell Sales Account Managers and Distributor partners with pro-actively addressing customer inquiries and issues.Provide Product Management leadership to the Continuation Engineering team for product quality improvements, cost reductions, parts obsolescence, and to meet evolving standards and customer requested product changes and enhancements.Support and manage commercial programs to generate new business and increase market share.Provide commercial support through driving execution for automation fair and trade showsDefine, track and report on key business objectives and goals to senior leaders. Ensure team and partners are effectively working to exceed these goals and objectives.The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant FieldLegal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor an individual for this role.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Typically requires 2 years experienceBachelor's Degree of Science in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.This role may be required to travel nationally/internationally up to 10%.Familiarity with the global Industrial Automation and and/or Variable Frequency Drive market space and trends.Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and related software.What We Offer:
