Innovating versatile new ways to deliver care, Kestra is helping patients and their care teams harmoniously monitor, manage, and protect life.This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing Communications team in creating and helping implement marketing collateral across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the Marketing Producer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIESCollaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materialsTranslate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identityDevelop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layoutManage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management systemUse trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classificationsAdhere to Pledge of ConfidentialityInformation regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. A critical skill for pressure situations.QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, marketing, art, or related disciplineExpertise in the Adobe Suite, Presentation Design (Microsoft PowerPoint), and FigmaPhotography experience and proficiency with photo-editing softwareImpeccable attention to detail and well-organized – both in design work and file outputObsessed with making things consistent in terms of spacing and alignmentAdaptability to working style and inputs and enthusiasm to produce high-quality designFamiliarity with Marketing Project Software (Smartsheet)Preferred:Bonus points for video editing capabilitiesExperience with the Google AnalyticsWorking knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScriptUnderstanding of content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Weebly etc.)Familiarity with marketing automation software like HubspotWORK ENVIRONMENTIndoor open office environmentMinimal noise volume typical to an office environmentExtended/overtime hours when neededKestra manufactures and provides life-saving products regulated by the Federal Food and Drug Administration and under contract with Medicare.
