----Job Description---- Visual Designer 5 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Visual Designer 5 for an opportunity in Redmond WA Position Title: Visual Designer 5 Location: Redmond WA, Remote Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 10 Months Contract Job Type: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA) Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Minimum 10 years with Expert level visual design experience - using Figma to build motions video assets, edit videos. work with graphics and design static images * Minimum 10 years experience with 3D skillset * Minimum 10 years experience with UX design Job Responsibilities: * Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to communication problems * Develop overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they relate to graphic design * Prepare sketches or layouts to present to client * Create charts and graphs from data given Qualifications: * Associate's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred * 10+ years experience required * Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability * Basic ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, electronic and film * Basic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design * Previous experience using the computer to create layouts and generate new images Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software * (w/UX, Illustration/creation of digital branding assets/3D art skill set) * Design + Production background * Able to work from Figmas to build motions video assets * Able to edit video * Able to work with graphics * Able to design static images Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
