Graphic Designer
We are looking for a qualified Digital Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Design team. You will be responsible for designing digital graphics for the Soccer.com and 431 Sports brands. You should be able to translate our brand and customer needs into functional and appealing graphics that are brand-consistent across all digital channels and devices. There will also infrequently be a need to support print creative channels.

Ultimately, you should be able to create on-brand digital creative for our company, ensuring a great user experience for our customers.
This position is a hybrid role, working from Hillsborough, NC when onsite.
Responsibilities• Create web/email/digital graphics. Dynamic content & video creation capabilities are a bonus• Ongoing review of websites, email and social channels surfing for ways to improve online creative• Design mobile-friendly landing pages and emails• Collaborate with web, content, and merchandising teams to improve landing page usability• Create quality mockups for creative concepts• Optimize images for maximum landing page download speed• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency across all marketing channels• Stay up to date on emerging technologies
Requirements and skills• Minimum of 3 years of Graphic Design experience• BS degree in Graphic Design or relevant field• Proven work experience with landing page and digital design• Understanding of layout aesthetics• Excellent typography sensibilities• Knowledge of SEO principles• Advanced experience with Adobe Suite• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills• Obsessive attention to detail• Friendly communication style & collaborative mindset• Familiarity with markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages• Interest and/or experience as a player and/or fan of soccer is a big plus
