Job Description:

National Director MKTG and Comms

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, the National Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for helping to build brand equity and awareness, growing and retaining patients, communications and PR initiatives, supporting sales enablement, supporting the recruitment of new providers, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities:Works with Vice President of Marketing and Communications to develop strategic annual marketing and communication plans and budgets that support the organization's initiatives.

Works with leadership to develop and execute brand strategy.

Works with leadership to develop and implement clinic standards and best practices.

Responsible for executing strategic marketing and communications plans that are aligned to enterprise and local brands, collaborating with other marketing functions.

Works with leadership, marketing, enterprise and local SMEs to develop website content and social media strategies.

Works with leadership, marketing, enterprise and local teams to develop email marketing and communication strategies.

Works with leadership and agency to develop year-round marketing campaigns.

Partners to develop patient communications journeys and lifecycle communications.

Supports strategy and development of MarTech stack, analytics and reporting.

Partners with enterprise and local teams to develop and help execute strategies for events.

Helps develop and execute internal communications plan, including townhalls.

Collaborates on strategic PR and Media Relations plans.

Works with SMEs to help develop and execute provider recruitment strategies.

Works with leadership to conduct research to support initiatives and ensure the voice of the customer.

Translates complex information into plain language.

Ensure strategies and communications are compliant.

Ensures projects and plans are delivered on time and within budget.

Uses research, data and insights to help formulate strategies.

Understands competitors and market nuances.

Stays abreast of healthcare and marketing trends.

Manages marketing specialist, graphic designers and digital marketing manager.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.

10+ years of experience in a Marketing and Communications.

5 years' experience leading a team, and leading cross-functional teams of various sizes.

5 years' experience in digital and social media marketing.

5 years' experience in executive and crisis communications.

Experience with complex marketing channels such as B2B2C or B2B and B2C.

Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing business strategy for MarTech stacks and tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.

Experience in Medicare Marketing.

Experience in Value-base Care.
