Job Description

We are in search of an

Art Director, Multicultural

with experience art directing for and an understanding of the

Hispanic market

to join our creative team. We are seeking someone who has worked with multicultural content and

understands the cultural nuances and regionalisms of Hispanic culture . You will join a team of creatives focused on our newest AOR win for

a large telecom client . You will craft compelling, culturally relevant, and authentic creative tailored specifically for this audience across multiple marketing channels. You will art direct deliverables including TV, radio, out of home, paid social media and print. You will report to a Creative Director, and be paired with a Copywriter (and we would love an existing team!).

Accountabilities

Provide comping skills on multiple projects

Understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends

Develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters

Collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion

You will concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously

Contribute work to pitches

Manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish

Collaborate with Producers, Designers, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the project

You appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on brief

Partner with Account teams to manage client and internal expectations

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in the creative advertising industry at an agency

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Graphic Design or related field

Experienced with production and post-production

A portfolio with TV, social focused work and integrated campaign samples

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
