Location:

This position is remote. The corporate office is Government Complex Building at 17 Technology Circle, Columbia, SC 29223.

This position requires obtaining TRICARE security clearance, which requires applicants to be U.S. Citizens.

What You'll Do:Create reports in accordance with user information and specifications. Maintain/revise programming logic for existing routine reports as necessary to report timely and accurate data.

Analyze current reporting methodologies. Create and maintain computer and web-based systems for data retrieval.

Generate routine internal and external reports daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual.

Interview customers to obtain criteria for requested data. Add and update programming logic in accordance to customer specifications and requirements.

Assist with system testing and provide technical support.

Assist with departmental training issues. Participate on project teams to develop, maintain, and implement new processes, applications, policies, and forms.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need the Following:

Required Education:

Associate's

Degree Equivalency:

2 years of job-related work experience

Required Experience:

3 years working with database, mainframe, or spreadsheet applications. Three (3) years experience with Easytrieve, DB2, SQL, or similar programs. (may be concurrent)

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong computer experience with solid background using spreadsheet and database applications. Attention to detail. Good organizational, analytical, customer service, and communication skills. Knowledge of mathematical or statistical concepts. Ability to comprehend the differences among dataset types.
