As a Digital Marketing Analyst at Avelo, you'll play a crucial role in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and native platforms such as Taboola. Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and native platforms such as Taboola.Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficient use of resources.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.Present findings and recommendations to leadership, showcasing the impact of digital marketing efforts.Regularly update and maintain campaigns to ensure optimal performance.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across all digital marketing efforts.Assist in the creation of compelling ad copy and creative assets for digital campaigns.Conduct analysis of competitor digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related role.Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and budget management.Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads ManagerProficient in Microsoft OfficeProficiency in Looker Studio, Big Query, and Google AnalyticsPrior experience in the airline industry is a plus, but not a must.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and drive campaign performance.Ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.Proficient in managing budgets and maximizing ROI.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to leadership.Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and native advertising platforms.Strong report building skills, including in Looker Studio, Big Query, and Google AnalyticsAbility to adapt to changing circumstances and find innovative solutions.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
