COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
(Trilogy at Redmond Ridge) - Redmond, WA
Trilogy® at Redmond Ridge is a 55+ active adult master-planned community with 1,522 homes situated between Redmond and Duvall. We are currently looking for a Communications Manager who will have the primarily responsibility for communications between the management and the Board of Directors and be a strong advocate for the members of the HOA.

Qualifications/Job Responsibilities :Regularly present and communicate resident's issues and concerns.Assist committees with activities and committee tasksResource for all committees with programs and community eventsResponsible for managing with third party layout web designer to ensure accurate updatesAppropriately relay Board business, Trilogy updates and HOA articles to homeownersPublish Board Meeting summaries and potential articles from DirectorsDevelop content for non-Board info from committees and residentsManage our social media presence, work with technical support staff to approve and edit content; review active links ensuring accuracy with posted events, info etc.Host Welcome Events for new arrivals and Volunteer Appreciation EventsRespond to web responses to user's email inquiries In a timely mannerContact person for external organizations including governmental; to gather required data, advocate and ensure emergency preparedness addressing community concernsIdentify programs and directly develop budgets to enhance communications and outreach, and advocate independently to the TRR Board of Directors for funding needed to implement and execute these programs.Requires strong administrative, editing and customer service skillsAble to manage web content to include calendar/news and all related updatesStrong ability to work independently and communicate events and issues to the Board.All Trilogy at Redmond Ridge Employees Possess:
