Job Summary

One Resource Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, professional environment. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for placing calls to existing customers, working on marketing campaigns, participating in meetings, and performing other duties as needed. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a team led by industry professionals, working in life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability insurance, and other ancillary insurance products. Primary ResponsibilitiesProduce informational write-ups to contribute to expertise on industry trends and other key topics.

Assist with tasks related to secondary (government) data projects, which may be developmental in nature or client deliverables.

Conduct review and quality checks on project deliverables, such as surveys, survey programming, and reports.

Help with efforts to modify and improve reporting templates, syndicated and custom report covers.

Attend company meetings and maintain records as needed.

Report on client and syndicated projects as required.

Support research staff on panel management and data collection tasks.

Place calls to existing customers to maintain and enhance relationships.

Work on marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.

Primary Skills & Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with marketing software and tools is a plus.

Ability to conduct quality checks and ensure accuracy in deliverables.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability insurance, and other ancillary insurance products is preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
