Job Description:

Product Designer 3
with below skillsets:
• Daily Schedule & OT estimate: Mon - Fri 40 Hours / Week - No Overtime• Chance for Extension: Possibility (yes, depends on budget and candidates' performance)• Motivators for this need: This role has been opened for the right skillsets
Typical Day in the Role• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is consumer Ads, involves working on consumer advertising projects. The contractor role discussed in the meeting is primarily focused on supporting the team with various tasks, excluding work on Copilot and Bing search. The role requires flexibility to adapt to different projects that may arise weekly• Key projects: don't have specific projects in mind, they usually come up on a weekly basis.•
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:The role will consist of 50% designing, 30% meeting and 20% research
Candidate Requirements•
Years of Experience Required: 5 - 7+ overall years of experience in the field.• Degrees or certifications required: PREFERENCE•
Disqualifiers:
Candidates not being detail orientated, graphic designer or creative director, or probably not a good fit if it's somebody who's like exclusively UX and they have no visual background is also probably not a good fit for this role.

Job Responsibilities:• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution• Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required• Overall 5 - 7 years' experience required• Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. - C#, C++, HTML)• Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end• Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC
