We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and oversee the planning, development, and execution of our marketing and advertising strategies. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately increasing revenue through effective marketing campaigns both in-office and in the field, including field marketing, event marketing, trade shows, and street campaigning.

As a Director of Marketing, you should have a deep understanding of the full marketing mix, consumer behavior analysis, and the ability to develop strategic marketing plans. You should possess strong leadership skills, analytical abilities to assess ROI and KPI metrics, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives by developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring that all members are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and understand consumer trends.Analyze marketing and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and field marketing activities.Collaborate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create compelling advertising materials.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.Track, measure, and optimize CAC and ROAS across campaigns and initiatives.Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media agencies.Monitor competitor marketing activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.Prepare and deliver engaging marketing presentations to internal and external stakeholders.Participate in relevant work projects as a condition for this role, demonstrating the ability to apply marketing concepts in real-world scenarios.If required as part of the interview process, complete a real-life based project with compensation provided for the effort.Requirements

Proven experience in a senior role such as Director of Marketing, VP of Marketing Associate, or similar leadership role.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-driven mindset.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus.Ability to strategically plan and execute projects across five key aspects of Marketing:
