Fresh Form Draft is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, managing communication channels, and tracking campaign performance
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.Help create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.Support the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.Assist in coordinating and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and feedback.Maintain and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth.Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Benefits
