The Role and What You'll Do:

The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their journey with the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for soccer. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized and impactful marketing campaigns that enhance the consumer experience and drive long-term loyalty.Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain customers at every stage of their journey.

Create and execute personalized marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, social media, and direct mail.

Identify opportunities to stand up and build new lifecycle-driven channels that deliver incremental revenue (e.g., referral, loyalty, etc).

Utilize customer data and analytics to segment audiences and deliver targeted messaging that resonates with different customer segments.

Design and optimize customer journeys to enhance the overall customer experience and increase lifetime value.

Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive consumer experience.

Develop and manage a calendar of lifecycle marketing activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Monitor and analyze the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.

Manage marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline and scale lifecycle marketing efforts.

Conduct regular A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics for customer engagement and retention.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing to ensure the program remains innovative and competitive.

You Have These:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.

Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.

Experience with customer loyalty programs as well as referral and retention strategies.

Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience partnering with data analysts to build effective reports and dashboards that enable data-driven iteration.

Knowledge of emerging lifecycle marketing trends and technologies.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:$97,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:$130,000 annually
