Designer of Swimwear
to join an established apparel design and manufacturing company.
You will join our forward, trend-savvy aesthetic to create Private Label swimwear. We are looking for this individual to take charge, come up with fun concepts, have a GREAT eye for color and print, and have top-notch presentation skills.
Requirements:3-5 years of experience in SWIM design requiredVisionary design professional who's excited to step out and take risksExceptional eye for print and colorMass Market knowledge preferredAbility to handle a large-volume Swimwear brand, understand the customer and the marketOpportunity to direct the vision and design and drive concept through executionResponsibilities:
Execute design from vision to final fitAssist with/ developing new hardware, accessories, fabrics, trims, and innovative twists on classicsAdhere to development T&A calendarCollaborate with and motivate team: Assistants, Tech, Sample Room, Pattern MakerPolished and confident presentation skills required: will interface with retail managementCollaborate with sales, merchandising, product development, factories, and productionExceptionally creative and mature Associate Designers will be considered detail-oriented, self-motivatedOur Company:

Compensation:
$125K+ depending on experience.
