Alpha Digital , is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented full-time Integrated Marketing Consultant who is able to build and maintain relationships with new clients throughout the entire sales cycle. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work with local clients large and small to meet marketing objectives and sell the value of Alpha Media's local radio and digital brands. Must possess proven business development and sales experience in Digital and/or Radio platforms. Our team believes in a total solution approach using all our assets to bring long-term results for our business partners. You should demonstrate extensive knowledge of how to incorporate well-rounded marketing plans to get a client in front of the right audience including radio, digital; omnichannel/multi-channel campaigns, core products and services such as OTT/CTV, targeted display, streaming audio, SEO/SEM, mobile, social, and websites among others.

Responsibilities for this position may include:Successfully prospect, present, and close new advertisers utilizing multimedia campaign strategies for Bay Country, Mix 106.5, and Alpha's array of digital marketing solutions.Understand and know how to consult on digital from managed services, such as SEO, SEM, and digital marketing assets including CTV/OTT, mobile to social and programmatic advertising.Lead the setup and execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.Ensure that company initiatives and tools provided are used and maximized.Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.Outline and oversee a measurement strategy with results delivery both internally and externally.Provide performance analysis and end-of-campaign reporting to advertisers.Provide consultation and educate advertisers and agencies on best media product solutions and best practices to achieve results.Requirements of this position include the following:

A minimum of two years of sales experience.A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.Experience with digital media and attribution platforms and advertising metrics.Experience with influencing decision-making with advertisers.Ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget goals.Strong written and oral communication skills for presentation.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:

Experience building strategic presentations and dynamically presenting them to clientsExperience and knowledge of G-Suite programsBachelor's Degree in a related fieldBenefits:
