ROLE: Director of Marketing

LOCATION: Based at FPC's Las Vegas, NV headquarters (89149)

BASE COMPENSATION: $150,000 - 200,000/year (depending on experience and qualifications)

TYPE: Full-Time (Salaried; Exempt)

Independently evaluate issues and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or responseUse critical thinking, training, skill, and judgment to conduct research and prepare routine and advanced materials including accurate, precisely drafted written communications (emails, letters, etc.), memoranda, analysis, reports, and publicationsConduct discovery, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop the organization's omnichannel marketing strategyImplement strategies and tactics to meet or beat goalsManage and integrate platforms, software, services, and dataEnsure timely, compliant, and effective operationsConsistently grow our audiences and revenueManage assigned staff and service providersCreate, improve, and implement procedures and practicesMeticulously organize and maintain files and systemsHandle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentialityPerform other duties and manage projects as assignedRequirements

Have alignment with and support for FPC's purpose, core beliefs, current mission, and brandBe at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. university (marketing, journalism, or other related major)Have at least 10 years of successful experience in B2C customer relationship marketing, direct marketing, email marketing, ecommerce, or cause/political campaign fundraisingHave at least 3 years of successful experience leading, managing, and motivating staff and contractorsHave at least 3 years of successful experience working with executives and the ability to influence, work collaboratively, and gain consensus across an organizationHave the ability to integrate and operate customer relationship management (CRM) systems, customer data platforms, email and text service providersHave the ability to successfully develop, implement, and manage an omnichannel marketing strategy, with a focus on email and SMS-based marketing, to meet or beat goalsHave a detail-oriented mindset with exceptional written and oral communication skills (fluent in U.S. English)Have an aptitude for both strategy and execution, bringing thoughtful leadership and oversight, sound executive judgment in managing difficult tradeoffs, as well as timely and high quality work output day to dayHave proven experience with leveraging targeting/personalization to drive increased conversionHave strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize and analyze data to identify trends and opportunitiesBe a strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement a focused plan and to collaborate with teamsBe a genuinely excellent human being who lives our values, loves our mission, hates to lose, and wants to help us winHave high integrity, high competence, and high drive, as well as a willingness to adapt, take on challenges, learn, and growBe someone we enjoy working with-and that enjoys working with us-as part of a teamHave a strong sense of humor and positive, team-first attitudeHave exceptionally strong processing, organizational, and work management skillsBe able to efficiently use Apple computers, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office business software, video conferencing platforms, asynchronous and synchronous collaboration tools, and work planning/management toolsBe able to travel as required based on business needs
