We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing West Region Capture and Pursuits Team. Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in an A/E/C firm and must possess strong layout skills. In this role, you will collaborate with graphic designers, marketing team members, and leadership to create visually compelling materials for major infrastructure projects across the country. Your responsibilities will include developing templates and graphics for complex proposals, interviews, and internal materials. Additionally, you will coordinate the production of various materials, including printed brochures, flyers, boards, and multimedia designs, ensuring that concepts and messages are communicated effectively.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop graphic covers, templates, layouts, and supporting infographics for marketing pursuits.Create complex presentations, aerial map exhibits, and multimedia graphics.Create tailored collateral pieces.Thrive as part of a large, creative, and specialized marketing team.Partner with capture managers, proposal managers, engineers, project managers, technical staff, and corporate leadership.Serve as a brand advocate for Atlas’ visual guidelines.Maintain digital asset library.Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar.10+ years of graphic design experience; AEC industry experience preferred.Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint).Strong layout skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A positive, solution-seeking attitude and a high sense of personal responsibility.Flexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours and occasionally travel, as required.Ability to work under tight deadlines while providing consistent quality and accuracy.Travel (driving) to other offices within the region as needed.Other Miscellaneous Qualities:

Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation:

$104,000 - $105,000 annually

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
