Videographer / Assistant Vice President

myGwork LGBTQ Business Community, Boston, MA, United States

This inclusive employer is a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a talented videographer to help us tell video stories that bring the State Street brand to life. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse business leaders and teams across marketing, communications, content, and thought leadership globally to create compelling content for sales engagements, events, campaigns, and digital channels.

This hands-on position includes producing, shooting, and editing, and requires expertise in managing lighting, sound, and color correction. You will be responsible for managing the production process end-to-end – establishing clear pre- and post-production workflows, and rigorous operating procedures to ensure our video content is high-quality and aligned with State Street’s brand.

You will help manage and refine our new studio and report to the Design Director on our Brand and Design team in State Street’s Global Marketing organization. Our team works four days in our new Boston headquarters at Bulfinch Crossing, and one day from home. Because of the hands-on nature of this role and the need to manage and direct on-location shoots, remote work may not always be possible on the same day each week, but we encourage flexibility throughout the day and the week.

If you are looking to make your mark in a vital and dynamic industry – and work with people who are creating the future of State Street – join us!
