As the head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the Marketing strategy for our firm. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing leader to be responsible for all Marketing and Communications efforts to drive growth at our integrated wealth management firm. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand, increases our client base, and promotes our services to our target clients. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership to support our business goals and foster a supportive and high-performance work environment, and will design and build an internal Marketing team as we grow.Responsibilities:Marketing strategy:

Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the entire firm's goals and objectives that span the full family office framework, inclusive of advanced tax, estate, and CFO services offerings. Collaborate with the entire executive team and founder – specifically working closely under our head of Strategy and Corporate Development– to support and execute the firm's overall business strategy.Brand and creative:

Oversee the creation and management of all marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Collaborate with financial professionals to develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients. Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, graphic designers, and web developers. Develop successful thought-leadership strategies and industry-specific content to support pipeline development and growth. This role can also lean on the expertise of the founding family to brainstorm ideas to bring out the heart of the Nepsis Clarity approach.Marketing operations and omni-channel delivery:

Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print, the Nepsis website and app platforms. Ensure those channels are continually up-to-date, user-friendly, and effectively communicate our value proposition. This role will also be responsible for compliance reviews of applicable communications.Marketing performance:

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to make informed decisions and make necessary adjustments. Develop campaign/program dashboard monitoring results; determines revenue contribution; provides overall reporting metrics – monthly, quarterly and YTD. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Marketing research:

Research, develop and execute industry business plans including market sizing, addressable market opportunity, competitive positioning and more. Gather client satisfaction data and discover unmet needs, as well as external awareness and consideration metrics as we grow over time. Maintain high level of industry expertise and keep current on important industry trends and evolution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent work experience. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns15 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver resultsExcellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills. Effective verbal, written and presentation skillsDeep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packagesAgility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goalsStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
