OverviewClient is seeking a Lead Designer with 3-7 years of experience to take ownership of design discipline-specific work on projects, creating enduring brand love through expertise and leadership.
Responsibilities
Conceptualizes, plans, and produces creative ideas/concepts, graphic, and illustrative material aligned with strategic briefs.Manages all aspects of assigned projects, including team coordination, contractor oversight, creative work, and presentations.Balances creative excellence with brand standards and business needs, refining design iterations.Collaborates with other departments to ensure project success.Provides insight and feedback to leadership on project status and work quality.Effectively communicates design rationale during presentations and critiques.Demonstrates problem-solving skills, managing multiple teams and projects while maintaining deadlines, budgets, and quality.
Requirements
BFA/BS or equivalent experience in design.3-7 years of related experience.Proficiency in design tools, including traditional hand skills.Strategic and aesthetic design thinking.Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
