You will lead our Marketing team and be responsible for building a world-class digital marketing operation with global reach for our B2B engineered products business.This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company on a strong growth trajectory.The RoleYou will lead our Marketing team with the mission to build a world-class digital marketing operation with global reach. You will be responsible for creating a high-performance digital lead generation machine that creates the deal pipeline required for our sales teams. You will develop our brand into the dominant global leader in our market niche. This will be a highly targeted strategy to suit our niche global audience and B2B engineered products. This is a high-growth environment with strong commitment and the budget required to deliver the plan.Key responsibilities include:Lead & manage teamMarketing strategy & planningBrand positioning (company, division, product)Content, website & socialSegmentation & funnel designDigital advertising (Linkedin, Google, Youtube, etc)Digital campaigns & nurture (incl sales integration)Marketing tech stack (incl CRM optimisation)Performance analysis & optimisationBudget management & optimisationProduct marketing & sales materials/toolsEmployer brand incl content & nurture for talent pool programMarketing integration of bolt-on acquisitionsA major transformation is required to take our marketing to the next level. Our brand positioning must evolve from local Australian supplier to the global leader in our niche market. Over 40% of our sales are international and we plan to significantly increase this. Part of our strategy is to build out a global sales presence direct to end-user over the next 5 years. We will achieve this via both organic growth and bolt-on acquisitions. We must build a world-class digital marketing operation to support this global growth strategy.The role can be based at our Perth Head Office (with paid relocation if required), our Brisbane Office (with min 1wk/mth in Perth) or remote (with min 1wk/mth in Perth). You will need to build out your team (likely 6-8 in 12 months, 15-20 in medium-term).About YouWe are looking for a Marketing Leader who wants the autonomy to build a high-performance digital marketing machine with global reach. You will be competitive, focused, and driven by winning. You will have a high-performance mindset with a strong focus on driving revenue. You will be analytical and use logic and data to drive decision-making. You will be highly accountable, hit deadlines, and beat targets. You will be 100% digital, with strong tech capability, and a high need for control (ie, build an A-player internal team, only use external agency where necessary). You will be ROI-focused, always looking to ‘test and measure’, try lots of things, and double-down on what works to maximise every dollar.Product or industry experience is not required.
