Candidates must be in or willing to relocate to Bay AreaWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to join the OKX Web3 team, where you will help guide the team's attention to UX craft and lead cross-functional design alignment and efficiency across our global apps. This pivotal role focuses on crafting dynamic and engaging user experiences that foster a strong connection between our products and their users. As part of this role, you will be part of a world-class team driving the launch of an innovative Web3 product feature. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with our global design, product, creative, strategy, engineering, and research teams to elevate the cutting edge of our product offerings. Your contributions will steer development and implementation of new technological concepts in crypto, deliver designs aligned with business objectives. The right candidate for this role possesses a detail-oriented approach to user experience, with a passion for holistic product-design thinking. As a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, you should excel in adaptability and conversing with stakeholders, while continuing to maintain a focus on excellent user experience and product quality.What You’ll Be Doing

Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to bring human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeysProactively partner with design leadership to influence strategic decisions improve the overall trading experience, and ensure consistency. Stakeholder management is very important to succeed in this role.Raising the bar for UX craft and users, own end-to-end design quality for trading related features including mentoring other designers in the squad.Partner with content designers, visual designers, product managers, user researchers, and engineers across markets to build and ship experiences that represent the company visionWork across teams to drive consensus and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goalsWhat We Look For In You
