We are looking for a

Lead UX Designer

for our website: www.globalization-partners.com. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our brand across our digital platforms as well as delivering an experience that optimizes for the acquisition and conversion of prospect customers onto our global growth platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of web designers, work with developers and marketers, foster a creative and collaborative environment.

Elaborate and implement creative, user-friendly experiences for our website and digital platforms, from concept through delivery.

Use strong creative skills and data analytics to solve problems and design visually appealing and effective experiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand and visual identity across the customer journey.

Stay updated with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Showcase a compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work that is both crafted and effective in driving user behavior.

Proven experience as a Web Designer with leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior members and helping orchestrate web design work.

6-10 years experience as a Web Designer.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.

Benefits:

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
