The

Content + Social Media Specialists

are an integral part of the Quantis Global Marketing and Communications Team, working collaboratively across the organization to create engaging, inspiring and thought-provoking content that advances Quantis' strategic goals and increases brand visibility and credibility in the sustainability space and across key practice areas. This is a

junior-level position

that supports the Global Comms + Content Lead with thought leadership project management and development, social media management, public relations activities and reporting.

Your day to day

As a Content + Social Media Specialist, you will be working on:

Content Development

Manage the creation, editing and publishing of a steady flow of compelling content (articles, videos, graphics, social media, etc.)Proactively suggesting content for website and social media, following content strategyConducting research to enhance quality of contentCoordinating with various Quantis communities to maintain accurate website contentEnsuring content is written in a consistent tone that is both on-brand and conversion-centricMaintaining the editorial calendar and ensuring it is always up-to-dateProviding proofreading and copy editing as needed on communications and marketing projectsSocial media

Producing engaging posts for our social media channels, ensuring community management, and conducting A/B testingReimagining content developed by MarComms colleagues into multimedia content such as social videos, graphics and other shareable contentMaintaining the social media calendarCollaborating with graphic designers to create visual assetsEnsuring consistency of voice, values, and messaging across all platformsStaying on top of evolving social media trends and bringing new ideas to the tableHelping to establish metrics and goals for tracking social media reach and impact with regular reporting and analysisDriving internal social media engagement and employee advocacyPR and Media

Monitoring and documenting media coverage, tracking mentions and compiling clipsMaintaining and updating media listsDrafting pitches, conducting research for interview briefs, and centralizing talking pointsCoordinating and scheduling interviewsOther comms duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For

As a Content + Social Media Specialist, your background will look like:

Required Experience

1-4 years experience with content writing for the webSocial media and account managementBasic WordPress (or similar CMS) template population and editing experienceExperience with online admin and MarComms tools — such as Hubspot, Google Drive, Asana (or familiarity with similar social media or project management tools)Necessary Skills And Abilities

Excellent English communication abilities (both oral and written)Fluent or native English writing ability (mandatory)You love to write and you have outstanding writing and editing skillsAbility to work well on a virtual teamAbility to prioritize tasks and deliver on time (or communicate the need for extensions when appropriate)Ability to research resources, troubleshoot and solve problems creativelyAbility to embrace change and shift priorities quickly, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyTireless commitment to excellence and sweating the detailsYou're a resourceful, organized and creative self-starter who collaborates well and can prioritize flexibilityStrong emotional intelligence and cross-cultural communication skillsA strong desire to learn as much as you canNice to Have

Some flexibility requiredThere are two openings for this positionQuantis has a distinctive, fluid structure nurtured by our Quantis Spirit and our way of collaborating that provides a positive and unique working environment. The compensation target for this role ranges from $60,000/year-$70,000/year.
