Job Summary

The Season Pass Marketing team is responsible for driving strategy and go-to-market execution for Vail Resorts' season pass portfolio, anchored by the industry-leading Epic Pass. The team also leads projects from ideation to fruition around innovation for the Pass business.

The Senior Manager is responsible for driving international growth, both by attracting international guests to visit our North American resorts as well as leading the Epic Australia Pass business through a data-driven and guest-centric approach. This individual leverage analyses and insights to develop new business strategies, as well as translating strategies into integrated marketing plans and working cross-functionally to execute campaigns. This role is intended for a driven and creative individual that excels at critical thinking, with high learning agility and a strong sense of ownership.

Job Responsibilities

Own development and execution of business and marketing strategies that drive international pass holder acquisition through clearly defined objectives and demonstrable KPIsSynthesize internal and external data into compelling business cases and clear performance narratives for executive audiences, demonstrating influence at every level of the organization to get strategy buy-inDevelop go-to-market plans for key international markets to attract guests to our North American ResortsWork with international partners to drive growth of the Epic Australia Pass through innovative channel strategies and executional excellencePartner with channel teams on international marketing execution, and making recommendations to leadership in order to improve or optimize strategyAssess and present strategic opportunities for testing, product and business innovationManage and mentor a direct report, with focused approach towards professional development and building a high-performing team environment

Required

Job Requirements

Four-year college degree required. MBA or other advanced business learning or coursework preferred6+ years of relevant work experience in growth marketing. Preferred experience with international marketingExperience in preparing and presenting executive-level business cases and storytelling to VP and C-level executivesSolution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities & drive actionDemonstrates strong business and financial acumenPossesses strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with adaptability to work with people from various cultures and areas of the business; builds and maintains highly effective working relationshipsAble to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; a self-starter without the need for daily directionAble to own and drive multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detailNo outdoor or ski experience necessary

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $99,900 - $135,120 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
