Expertise in UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Jira, and InVisionExperience working directly with developersCreative problem solving and strategic thinking to create solutions that meet business goalsSelf-motivated with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize, execute, and meet project deadlinesStrong cross-functional collaborator with proven abilities to coordinate and work with 3rd party partnersBA/BS degree in Design, HCI, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent practical experience4+ years of relevant UX design / digital strategy experiencePortfolio of UX design workResponsibilities
Define and shape the user experience across our digital platformsConduct and synthesize user researchEnhance digital experiences for patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and patient support specialistsManage the GPS Axis Healthcare Professional Portal maintenance lifecycle as the business product ownerDocument bugs, provide feature enhancement recommendations, design solutions, and conduct user testingInform, guide, and execute design deliverables that meet business requirements and accommodate technical limitationsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to guide and oversee the re-platforming of our internal resource toolWork directly with external agencies on website updates and redesignFacilitate user-experience research and synthesize resultsCultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including the communications review committee (CRC)Pay Range $50-$56/hrThe pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting.
