We are particularly interested in candidates who have previous experience in UI/UX design and ideally possess some front-end development skills.Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create intuitive web and mobile interfaces. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with micro-interactions.Collaboration: Work with the team on UI design initiatives from concept to shipping in a startup environment.Feedback and Iteration: Participate in a collaborative design process, giving and receiving feedback to refine designs.Design Standards: Uphold high design standards and stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends.Performance Monitoring: Use analytics to guide design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.Front-End Development: Collaborate with developers for design implementation, possibly involving HTML/CSS and JavaScript coding.Qualifications:
