As a
Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager
for Cozi, you will play a critical role in accelerating growth efforts for the Cozi brand by managing our acquisition strategy and execution.
What You Will Accomplish:Own Cozi acquisition strategy and budget across paid and organic channels to achieve business goals.Develop a deep understanding of the Cozi customer, customer segments, and product offerings to craft stories and messaging that help families become passionate about our products.Utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and continuously refine strategies.Create and optimize campaigns across multiple paid acquisition channels including paid social, Google Search, Apple Search, and mobile app marketing.Partner with third-party agencies and internal teams to support execution of high-quality campaigns across channels.Collaborate with the Cozi Marketing team on the execution of campaigns across additional channels including email, organic social, affiliates, and ambassadors.Support testing of new customer acquisition channels and targets, including building a testing roadmap and performance reporting.Build weekly and monthly performance reporting on acquisition efforts and share with Cozi leadership.Manage a marketing specialist focused on Cozi’s social media and community marketing.
Who You Are:You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment.You are passionate about understanding the needs of our customers to communicate our solutions.You are a strong communicator and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members (Growth, Product, Engineering, Customer Support).You are analytical and data-driven with a performance mindset.You’re resourceful and take the initiative to research and understand new tasks.You like the variety that comes with being a generalist and can shift from one task to another within the marketing space.
What You Bring:You have 5+ years of experience in acquisition marketing for consumer mobile apps with a proven track record of driving growth.You are proficient across a variety of marketing channels and tactics (e.g., app store advertising, paid social, influencer and affiliate programs).You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong grasp of key growth metrics and data analysis tools.You are able to strategize at a high level while also diving deep into tactical execution.
