We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Special Events Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of special events, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with client goals and deliver memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of special events, including logistics, scheduling, and setupSupport event marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materialsEngage with event attendees to promote client brands and gather feedbackMonitor event activities to ensure they meet marketing objectives and address any issuesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event strategiesProvide administrative support, including tracking event budgets and preparing reportsMaintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and event partnersAssist with post-event evaluations and analysis to improve future eventsQualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsEnthusiasm for event marketing and promotionsPrevious experience in event planning or marketing is a plus, but not requiredA degree in marketing, event management, or a related field is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:
