We seek a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Growth Marketing to join our leadership team. This role will drive our growth strategy across both B2C and B2B market segments for all stages of the funnel, including revenue for digital sales.Reporting directly to our President and CRO, this person will lead a team of growth marketers while working closely with product, marketing, sales, and support to plan and execute growth strategies based on data, analysis, and experimentation. Additionally, they will have proven experience selling and marketing to software developers and other technical audiences through both PLG and enterprise sales motions.The ideal candidate will excel in these areas:

Strategic Leadership:

Seeks to deeply understand our markets through data, analysis, and direct observation to formulate effective growth strategiesInspires team with compelling strategies and motivates them to innovate, execute, and value successCreates measurable goals and establishes strong procedures to monitor performanceWorks closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gain alignment on strategy and executionPuts the interests of customer and company above team and selfFull Funnel Expertise:

Works closely with field sales stakeholders to support field sales objectivesWorks closely with product stakeholders to support digital sales objectivesCreates customer journey maps for both B2C, B2BEstablishes funnel metrics for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU across both B2C and B2BCreates effective content and campaigns for SEM, SEO, display, Social Media, Website, email, events, etc.Analyzes data daily to determine investment decisions (channels, campaigns, and programs), manage budgets, extract key insights, and recommend actionsEstablishes a robust and agile experimentation culture using techniques like growth hacking, continuous A/B testing, and rapid iterationDigital Sales Execution:

Owns and grows digital sales revenue through our self-service subscription products offered to both B2C and B2B customersWorks collaboratively to ensure digital sales synergy with field salesAligns pricing and packaging strategies to market needsWorks with product teams to support PLG lead sales motionExperience and Skills:

10+ years of experience leading growth marketing and demand generation teamsProven track record growing companies or products in the $20M - $100M rangeStrong statistical and analytical skillsExpertise in building repeatable, scalable processesExpertise with modern sales and marketing tech stacksAbility to work cross-culturally and juggle multiple time zones: US, UK, and IndiaNice to have:

Salary may be adjusted based on business needs.
