The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly technical Program Manager in support of the Enduring Experimentation for Optimal Networks (EEON) project within the Network Cross-Functional Team (N-CFT). Under the EEON task, you will be developing, implementing, and managing advanced cybersecurity frameworks that secure tactical networks against modern threats.

Responsibilities:

As the Technical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of cutting-edge technologies that facilitate the rapid instantiation of live, virtual, constructive network experiments. This position requires a deep understanding of network systems; architectures; data collection, reduction and analysis; modeling and simulation; and virtualization technologies. The Technical Director must possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively with military, government, and industry partners to identify and implement solutions that enhance the Army's warfighting capabilities.

Lead the design, development, and integration of complex network systems and experimentation environments.

Oversee the technical aspects of network experimentation, including the design and implementation of experiments, data collection, and analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and military personnel, to ensure the successful execution of network experimentation projects.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in network experimentation and related fields.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources in support of the Army's tactical network experimentation program.

Prepare and present technical findings, recommendations, briefings, and other materials to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

TS/SCI preferred but a minimum of a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution. Advanced degree preferred.

At least 7 years of experience in tactical network experimentation, development, or operations.

Demonstrated expertise in tactical network technologies, systems, and architectures.

Experience leading and managing a team of subject matter experts, engineers, and technicians.

Expertise in network design, implementation, and management, preferably within tactical environments.

Experience with live, virtual, and constructive network experimentation.

Experience with network modeling, simulation tools and technologies.

Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.

Knowledge of network architecture principles, including routing, switching, and wireless communications.

Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.

Familiarity with military communication systems, DoD standards and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Leadership abilities and experience in managing technical teams.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $75,200 - 158,100 USD
