Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.To fully realize Pfizer’s purpose – Breakthroughs that change patients’ lives – we have established a clear set of expectations regarding “what” we need to achieve for patients and “how” we will go about achieving those goals.The Hematology Account Marketing Role will be responsible for developing and executing on account strategies for the entire Hematology portfolio as well as supporting late-stage pipeline assets.The Director, US Hematology Account marketing position will lead marketing strategy specifically focused on organized providers and key accounts (i.e. IDNs, GPOs, community etc). This position will play a critical role in assessing and analyzing account-specific business trends and developing innovative approaches and solutions focused on decreasing barriers at the account level and increasing the quality of care in the US. This position requires strong strategic and analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills, and agility to learn and work across multiple stakeholders including the Key Account Management teams, brand teams, and the Field Sales teams. This individual needs to manage multiple priorities with multiple brands, have attention to detail, collaborate across the enterprise, and learn from and improve upon existing processes or develop/implement new processes, where appropriate.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead key account Hematology portfolio strategy that addresses the key issues and opportunities across a growing portfolioAssist the US Hematology Franchise Lead in the development and refinement of the overarching US Hematology Franchise strategy and annual operating planPartner closely with KAM Leadership, Brand Marketing to develop and execute annual Hematology KAM Plans of actionDevelop and prioritize key initiatives to create clear and compelling brand differentiation and to bolster brand value proposition to account customersLead holistic account strategy and execution: aligning provider, GPO and guidelines/pathways access information to uncover key opportunities to grow/defend current market leadership and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to pilot innovative solutions/action plan accordinglyLead contracting strategy and execution across IDNs and GPOsLead performance reporting, prepare monthly briefing packages for senior leadership to provide updates on performance, key performance indicators, brand priorities, and key opportunities and threats across the Hematology portfolioWork with cross-functional pipeline teams to support provider account needs for late-stage Hematology pipeline assets.Identify new and emerging opportunities to grow/defend current market leadership and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to pilot innovative solutions/action plan accordinglyQUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of diverse commercial experiences in the pharmaceutical industry: Account marketing, inline and pipeline marketing, market analytics, franchise and corporate strategy, customer and account managementBS Degree required plus 10 years’ experience, or MBA/Master’s Degree plus 8 years’ experience preferredStrong understanding of the US Account environment for OncologyAbility to drive change and deal with uncertainty, proven experience in delivering creative approaches to solve issues, and track record of working collaboratively with challenging deadlines and high expectations.Strong strategic skills including effectiveness in identifying and addressing major strategic challenges (e.g., new competition, shifting market environment) and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision for the businessStrong analytical skills including capabilities for translating deep customer insights into actionable commercial or engagement plansDemonstrated success in managing multiple assets in a portfolioDemonstrated success in working in matrixed environments; proven ability to build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with key external and internal stakeholdersDemonstrated track record of leading with compliance and integrityExperience developing ops/business plans and representing novel opportunities, brand plans, and issues management plans to senior leadershipStrong written and oral communication skills; able to distill key messages and build compelling communication on complex issuesCandidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.Other Job Details Work Location: On Premise: NYC HQ, Bothell, WA, Lake Forest, IL, Cambridge, MA, San Francisco, CA, La Jolla, CA and Collegeville, PALast Day to Apply: Aug 13, 2024Individual will be required to travel on occasion as needed by the business.The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program.
