Chemical Analysis Division

The Sr. Marketing Program Specialist is a critical marketing role in our Chemical Analysis Division and works with a cross-functional team that plans and implements demand-generating marketing programs to drive business growth.

As a key member of the Divisional Marketing team, you will be a self-starter who can work both independently and with a team, be self-motivated and encourage the same with your cross-functional business partners, be highly adaptable and flexible to change direction when needed and clearly communicate such change. You will be a decisive, prioritise multiple tasks, have excellent problem-solving skills, have strong business savvy, and display calmness and composure under stress or uncertainty.

A day in the life

Partner with business unit teams to implement marketing plans and campaigns to commercialize new products and segment portfolio strategies.

Ensure consistency and timely execution of all tactics linked to these programs.

Collaborate with analytics team to understand and report out on campaign performance and insights and recommend next steps and optimization tactics as appropriate.

Share marketing methodologies, legal, and brand guidelines and work with business partners to implement such practices

Lead work and prioritize activities to optimally deliver plans on time and budget in a project management tool (Workfront).

Keys to success:

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business/Marketing preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

3-5 years of hands-on marketing expertise. Experience in a global, matrixed organization strongly preferred. Experience in marketing technical or scientific products desirable.

Prior program or project management exposure and experience with project management tool Workfront preferred.

Ability to understand business strategies and prioritize activities appropriately.

Outstanding teammate; able to advance shared goals.

Resourceful in solving problems

Strong oral and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Wisconsin is $75,800.00–$113,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
