Compensation Range: $30 - 33 per hour

Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized

Studio Production Coordinator

to support their Producers in executing photo and video shoots onsite in Los Angeles! This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of all production phases, from pre-production to post-production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:Maintain strong communication with internal teams to gather information on imagery needs and requests.Relay logistical details and timing to ensure seamless execution of shoots.Facilitate communication and logistics for photo and video shoots, coordinating schedules with internal teams, outside talent, and crew members.Provide comprehensive support across all production stages, including casting, location scouting, crew and equipment sourcing, sample coordination, and retouching workflows.Use internal tools and platforms for information management, file sharing, and documentation during pre-production, production, and post-production.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across various formats.Handle logistical tasks such as distributing shot lists and schedules, obtaining signatures, verifying paperwork, arranging equipment and props, facilitating catering services, and ensuring a safe production environment.

Qualifications:Experience level: Experienced1-2 years of experience in professional photo and/or video production or a related field.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.Ability to work well with others, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude in a team environment.Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
