You will be part of a creative and dynamic team that is highly motivated to create impact. As
Senior UI/UX Designer
you will:
Conduct all phases of the UX & design process: user research, concept development, visual design and prototypingUnderstand and translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into innovative product solutionsTake full ownership of your work and the details required to ship a successful productDefine entire user experiences, and interaction concepts. Creating wireframes, user flows, site maps and high-fidelity prototypesCreate intuitive, elegant, user-centric designsCollaborate with cross-functional team members throughout the design phase to address iterative feedback and to ensure optimal design executionWork with our engineers to effectively implement the product vision and understand the limitations and necessities of the development sideHandle multiple projects at once as part of a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative team.Qualifications And Tech Proficiency
5+ years of proven experience as UI/UX DesignerStrong portfolio that demonstrates UX and visual skills in digital productsAbility to think at a high level about product strategyAdvanced knowledge of the best UX/UI practices for web and mobile and the best components for Android and iOSExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Se, etc.FinTech Startup background is a PLUSCollaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble attitudesFluency in EnglishAbility to adapt to changeWhat you can expect as a member of the Blankfactor team
