We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Director to manage our online presence and engage with our audience.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Kava Luv’s brand identity and target audience.Manage and update content for Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic.Create engaging video content (minimum of 4 per week) that highlights our products, services, and overall brand experience.Develop and implement a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule and optimize reach.Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, promotions, and new offerings.Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.Qualifications:Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.Strong understanding of Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok platforms and their algorithms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools.Experience running a successful personal social media account is a plus.Ability to manage your time effectively.Compensation:
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and portfolio of work. Multiple pay structures can be considered.To Apply:
