This role will provide Marketing oversight to our entire Lantheus Portfolio, New Product Planning, and all commercial launches.Lead Lantheus marketing strategy for all our Product and New product Portfolio.He/She will lead and provide oversight to the marketing team with the creation and development of all of Lantheus strategic brand plans, tactical plans, launch plans and the strategic & tactical execution to meet brand objectives and performance targets.Implement metrics with leading and lagging indicators to effectively assess and measure brand strategy and tactical execution effectiveness.Lead the crafting of brand assets, inclusive of branded and unbranded, to promote and secure market leadership position in all our Product Portfolio.Cross-collaborate and foster strong partnerships with Sales, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical, Finance, Business Insights & Analytics, and other functions to ensure aligned objectives and brand strategy implementation throughout the organization.Develop and cultivate the growth of strong relationships and insights with customers, external experts, thought leaders, Centers of Excellence, academic institutions, advocacy organizations and other select stakeholders.Ability to analyze and translate customer and market insights to identify brand opportunities and challenges through Market research and Competitive Intelligence.Manage the entire marketing budget for all products, launch and new product planning to ensure investment spend aligns to strategic objectives.Manage and lead VP, ED and Sr. Directors and foster professional development and career progression.Manage third-party agencies to ensure strategic alignment and execution of programs and tactics in a timely fashion and on budget.Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with pharmaceutical regulatory and legal compliance.This position is highly visible within the Lantheus organization and requires thoughtful collaboration and purposeful engagement with the cross-functional leadership team, including Executive team and the Board.Qualifications:Undergraduate degree required / MBA degree preferred.Minimum of 15+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.Minimum 12+ years of leadership experience.Pharmacy Marketing experience required.A passion for brand building and proven experience designing successful, innovative and Consumer marketing campaigns.Lead Launch Excellence program.Demonstrated understanding and fluency of the business drivers, dynamics, and regulations within institutional settings, radiopharmaceuticals, and the healthcare industry.Demonstrated strong business analytic ability to analyze data as well as develop, execute, and adjust business plans.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively deliver executive presentations.Routine travel (approximately 30%) as necessary or required based on business need (including for visiting customers in-person and mandatory in-person travel), which may include overnight and/or weekend travel and regularly flying on airplanes.Demonstrates leadership capabilities; builds and develops high performing teams; cooperation of business areas and levels; crafts and sells a compelling vision, evolves vision or objective into an operational plan.
