This person should be comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment while delivering across all stages of the product life cycle. This role will work on both eero's mobile app and network management tool. The ideal candidate is adept at taking highly technical, ambiguous problems and translating them to intuitive solutions for both business and retail customers. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, product marketing, and customer experience.Key job responsibilitiesEvaluate customer challenges and design delightful solutions that meet measurable business goals.Collaborate closely with product teams to define use cases and overarching requirements.Advocate for strong design principles throughout the eero team, with extremely high standards for quality.Establish, evolve, and evangelize eero's design systems and visual language.Inform designs using market research, user feedback, analytics, and usability studies.Efficiently produce process flows, wireframes, and visual design prototypes to articulate nuanced interaction behaviors.Detail and maintain comprehensive user interface specifications.Present design concepts to UX teams, product stakeholders, and executives for feedback and review.Collaborate with development teams to implement designs, offering precise specifications and assets, and verifying final interfaces.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in UX, WiFi, and technology, and incorporate them into our design processes.About The TeamWifi is the foundation of the modern home. The base pay for this position ranges from $131,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
