You will manage & optimize an omni-channel strategy including website, marketing automation, email, landing pages, in-person and virtual events, paid search, and more. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience leading growth marketing for an early stage, b2b SaaS company.What You’ll Do

Curate and implement multi-channel, demand generation campaigns by partnering with product, sales, customer service, and foundersWrite and design demand generation content (e.g. paid ads, landing pages, emails) for conversionEach week aggregate marketing data from Google Analytics, HubSpot, Instapage, AdWords, HotJar, and other sources to uncover performance improvementsCollaborate with sales to define qualifications for a sales accepted leadCreate and refine website buyer journey to surface high intent prospectsPresent marketing program postmortem reports, insight, and key learningsSupport tracking of team goals and budgetsWho You Are

Experience in the following demand generation channels: email marketing, website & landing pages, marketing automation / lead scoring, ABM, paid searchDemonstrated practice of using data and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance and lead conversionsExperience in copywriting (not editorial blog writing) and the curiosity to learn how language guides conversionReal-life usage experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, SEMRush, and landing page softwareThrive in the ambiguity of start-up cultureYou will succeed if you are proactive, take initiative, & continuously get work doneWhat We Offer
