Our program offers IOP & PHP programming and provides a healthy and healing person-centered space. We take a multi-dimensional, comprehensive treatment approach, focusing on addressing the root cause of mental health issues such as trauma, depression, and anxiety. Position Overview:

Birch Tree Recovery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Marketing Director who will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion within our organization. This position combines strategic business development with marketing responsibilities to effectively promote our services and achieve business objectives in the mental health sector.

Key Responsibilities (Snapshot):

Business Development:

Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our market presence and service offerings.

Lead the development and execution of business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Evaluate and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities within the mental health industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including other healthcare providers, corporations/local companies, and potential clients.

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content.

Utilize market research and analysis to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.

Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Sales and Client Management:

Drive client attainment efforts by collaborating on and overseeing the development of sales plans and strategies.

Support the client attainment team in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

Ensure excellent client satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Provide guidance and training to the facility staff as it pertains to customer service initiatives, client attainment strategies, and referent satisfaction goals.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Mentor and develop team members as necessary to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience in business development within the mental health or healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving business growth objectives.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
