The Senior Interior Designer originates and develops design concepts and is the author of project development from initial concept through construction administration, along with the Project Manager.The Senior Interior Designer works as the principal creative leading the design team to generate a unique vision of our clients’ story through great design, along with the Project Manager. The Senior Interior Designer also acts as the lead project manager in the production of project design materials. The Senior Interior Designer acts as a resource to the design staff in guiding the design direction and coordinates schedules and delegates design development activities. Along with the Project manager, the Senior Interior Designer is the direct liaison with clients, as well as other consultants involved in the project design.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited school5+ years of interior design or interior architectural experience preferably in Hospitality and/or MultifamilyIn pursuit of or licensed NCIDQ or NCARB is preferredSoftware Proficiency in REVIT, Enscape, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop, PowerPointProven leadership skillsSelf-motivated, encourages and develops others; pushes for excellence in themselves and othersReliable and accurate, exacting, detail-consciousDevoted to client service and takes individual initiativeEffective in time managementMust have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage high-priority tasks/projects concurrentlyTravel may be requiredCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive Salary + Bonus Potential + Full Benefits PackageFull Benefits Package: healthcare (medical, dental, vision), disability insurance (short-term and long-term), life insurance, 401K with a company match, PTO, parental leave, continued education coverage, association/membership fee coverage, flexible scheduling, team gatherings, and much more.
